July 2008 — The Reserve welcomed more than 2,600 guests who toured the Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles Magazine 2008 Showhouse. Each guest enjoyed a boat ride from the new 200-slip Marina in The Reserve Village to the Keith-Summerour-designed showhouse—a contemporary lakefront residence set high above a quiet cove with a private dock and two story outdoor living area with sweeping views. Ticket sales raised more than $25,000 for Oconee Hospice of the Foothills.
