Video: Open-air ice skating rink starts a cool, new holiday tradition on Main Street Greenville

If you’re visiting Upstate South Carolina this holiday season, be sure to take a spin around UBS Ice On Main—Greenville’s new outdoor skating rink at the Courtyard Marriott on Main Street.  Opening ceremonies for the inaugural season are at 10:30am on Friday 11/25.  Skating hours are from 11am – 9pm daily from November 25th to January 8th.  Day passes are $10 for adults and $8 for children.

Short game expert Dave Pelz, instructor for PGA Tour professionals such as Phil Mickelson and former Clemson standout Kyle Stanley, recently visited The Reserve at Lake Keowee to shoot photos for an upcoming series of articles in Golf Magazine. Dave’s team spent their mornings along the lake, exploring our Jack Nicklaus Signature Course for the perfect backdrop. Reserve members welcomed Dave at the Orchard House clubhouse and event lawn during an evening reception and putting contest.

During his visit, Dave was interviewed by Clemson’s flagship radio station The Drive 104.9 where he commented “I have never personally seen a lake more beautiful than Keowee.”
